Repeated rejections, cancellations or delays may affect account standing. ## Pricing, commissions and payouts - Merchants set item prices; GoBites charges the agreed commission and applicable service fees. - Settlements are paid on the agreed schedule to the payout details on file, net of commissions, refunds, chargebacks and adjustments. - Taxes applicable to merchant sales are the merchant's responsibility. ## Refunds and disputes GoBites may issue refunds or credits to customers for missing, incorrect, unsafe or undelivered items, and may recover the corresponding amount from merchant settlements where the merchant is responsible. ## Suspension and termination GoBites may suspend or terminate a merchant account for breach of these Terms, fraud, unsafe practices, legal violations or sustained poor service quality.
