This Privacy Policy explains how GoBites LTD ("GoBites", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, stores, shares and
protects information when merchants — restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries, cafés, convenience
stores and other food businesses — use the GoBites Merchant mobile application and related services.

By creating a merchant account or using the GoBites Merchant app, you acknowledge that you have read and
understood this Privacy Policy.

## Scope

Applies to the GoBites Merchant app, the merchant portal, and usegobites.com, and to merchant account holders
and their authorised staff.

## Information we collect

- Business information: business name, category, addresses, operating hours, menu and catalogue data, pricing.
- Account and contact information: full name, email address, phone number, account identifiers, login data.
- Verification information: business registration or identity documents where required.
- Transaction information: orders received, order status, settlement and payout records.
- Device and usage information: device type, app version, log data, crash and diagnostic data.
- Location information: business location and, where enabled, location used for order handover.

## How we use information

- Create and manage merchant accounts and verify businesses.
- Route, process and support orders.
- Calculate and issue settlements and payouts.
- Provide customer and merchant support.
- Detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- Improve product performance and reliability.
- Comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

## Sharing

We share information only as needed with: customers and couriers (limited order details), payment and
settlement providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, professional advisers, and authorities where
required by law. We do not sell merchant personal information.

## Storage and security

Information is stored on secured infrastructure with access controls and encryption in transit. Access is
restricted to authorised personnel who need it to operate the service.

## Retention

We retain merchant information for as long as the account is active and afterwards only where required for
legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, regulatory or security purposes.

## Your rights

Merchants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and may object to or
restrict certain processing. Account deletion is available in-app: https://www.usegobites.com/delete-account

## Children

The GoBites Merchant app is not intended for anyone under 18.

## Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email, and the effective date
above will be updated.
